Good Saturday morning, whew, its been a tough, emotional week, but I got through it! Thank you again to everyone who expressed condolences for my Dads passing and for the smiles and hugs and support, I truly appreciate it! Todays weather looks Winter- like, imagine that... Cloudy to start, with some snow showers here and there, mostly to the north. We should have a partly sunny day, with temperatures in the mid to upper 30s. Sounds like a good day for getting out and about, and while youre at it, stop in for breakfast or lunch! Saturday is a day I like to have a more hearty breakfast, say a Breakfast Burrito- scrambled eggs, hot pepper cheese & salsa rolled up in a whole wheat wrap. I may use egg whites, or add some sausage (my favorite in a burrito)... Ill have to decide. For lunch, Saturday is my day to treat myself to my FAVORITE, our Italian hoagie. Our soup today will be Chicken Noodle, always comforting and delicious and only 80 CALORIES in an 8 oz cup! Hope to see you today!
