Good Tuesday Afternoon. Temperatures right now are location - TopicsExpress

Good Tuesday Afternoon. Temperatures right now are location dependent yet again. Most of us are in the low to mid 50s, but parts of McDowell, Wyoming and Tazewell counties are in the upper 50s and low 60s. We have winds generally from the SE at about 5-10 mph making things feel just a bit cooler. Tonight will be partly cloudy and quiet. Temperatures will fall into the low to mid 40s by tomorrow morning. We rebound nicely from there. By tomorrow afternoon, most of us will be in the low to mid 60s. We will see a mix of sun and clouds once more and are looking at a dry day. The dry weather does not stick around for long. A few showers are possible late Wednesday night and by the morning commute most of us will be dealing with rain. The rain will last through much of the day before it clears out by Thursday evening. Highs will make it into the low 50s and once the cold front passes, temperatures will fall quickly. Thursday night temperatures will drop into the upper 20s and low 30s. That is how we will start off Friday morning. By the afternoon, sun will be back and highs will make their way into the upper 40s. The weekend is looking sunny, dry and seasonable. Highs are expected to reach the mid to upper 50s on Saturday and the low to mid 50s on Sunday. We continue the dry weather through Tuesday and temperatures will continue to be just a few degrees below average in the low 50s. Join me at 5, 6 and 11 PM for all the details. - Meteorologist Heidi Moore.
