Update: meeting went well! I went in to see if any of my scholarships I had accumulated over the last two years ($16,000) would be renewed, and found out theyre still in the process of choosing winners but the Director of Financial Aid awarded me with a $5,000 grant (split between both semesters) as an encouragement and to say theyre rooting for me. So as of now still waiting to hear back about those other scholarships. Rough estimate, but I think I am $7,000 away which is a lot better than $10,000. Selah.
