Good evening IV! Now that break is over and weve all had a solid week of school, its time for everyones favorite weekend activity! Thats right, the event everyone has been waiting for (or at least tolerated with quiet but harsh judgment), UFC Fight Night! This Saturday at 8 PM at Balz-Dobie, I will be showing UFC Fight Night: Gustaffson vs. Johnson. This will be an exciting match between two of the toughest and most talented men in the Light Heavyweight division, and a Title Eliminator at that! The other events on the main card are excellent as well, with former champions and Penn State wrestlers trying to stake their claims. As if all this werent enough, there is a rumor that Benjamin Webel will be doing an Irish jig (when asked how training was going, he answered Its fine) and John Haig may give a short address on the Biblical implications of the Triangle Choke (hint, think the Trinity). Come one, come all, and come ready to enjoy a night of camaraderie and what may be the coolest combat sport since Genesis 32. Bring a friend!
