Good experience at the Apple Store today. I had a problem with my iPhone. It almost looked like some water had gotten under the display, but I wasnt aware how that could have happened. They checked it, and the moisture sensor hadnt tripped. They opened it up and it was completely dry. So somehow, it just looked like the display had delaminated or something. Whatever the case may have been, a few minutes later, I walked out with a brand new phone. All my data and apps automatically restored. No charge whatsoever. I have to say that the two companies that I get the best consistent service from, are Apple Inc. and Amazon. Kindle service is some of the best I have ever seen. Heck, they have in the past sent me new Kindles free of charge even if it was completely my own fault that I broke them. Just sent out a new one, and then you just send back the broken one later, and thats it. Pretty cool.
