Good morning! I have missed you all. Truly have. Have seen some beautiful sights while out and about. Loving being at one with nature. Being truly IN it. Nothing compares to it. No success on finding the elk just yet........but we are still working on it. I am going to get an update done for the forecasts for the week. Needless to say the word wet to describe it will be very appropo for what we will see. The Storm Door has swung wide open and we are on track to see some very big rains coming in along with wind. Bad news for those of us hunting elk as that kind of weather will make them find thick shelter and bed down. Too nasty in other words. But, this is GREAT news for really putting a dent in our drought. The way it looks right now.......Medford is going to be somewhere around 300 to 400 percent of normal for October rainfall if we hit the current projections. That is stunning news and really is exactly what we need to get rid of the drought.
