Good morning! It does appear that our rain chances have come to an end this morning, and will remain ceased for the foreseeable future. A cold front continues to progress through the state and should cross our area later this morning or early this afternoon. This will shift our winds around to the northwest, drawing in cooler and drier Canadian air. High pressure will be dominating our weather pattern for the next while. Despite the nice sunrise we are seeing right now, I expect that we will be seeing mostly cloudy skies during the day today with some possible clearing this evening. The clearing skies will allow for temperatures to drop which will give us a nice weekend with slightly below average temperatures. Areas far enough inland do have the chance of seeing patchy frost Sunday morning as a result to lower temperatures. Stay tuned later today into this weekend for your forecast for the next work week.
