Good morning Returning back to Oman. This 10 days trip was very pleasant and satisfying with my mother and all family members, celebrated birthday of my father-in-law, meeting friends and most important pleasurable moment of operating 4 patients Laparoscopicaly in last 3 days who were waiting for me since 2 months. Post operative all my patients recovered and discharged leaving no burden to my junior colleague before departure. This utilisation of my skill at very cost effective level gave me much gratification. God keep me fit to serve more and more to my dear country man. Dr Vipra Shree
