Good morning and happy Hump Day!! Not a bad way to start either ;) My pull-ups seem to be getting better. If you recall the first video I posted a few days ago doing pull-ups I couldnt get my chin quite up to the bar. But again, with a bad shoulder they have always proven to be challenging, but I will not take I cant as an answer. I will get stronger and I will do more. Im up to 5, 3 solid one and 2 still slightly weak but my end of year goal is 10. What are you working towards by the end of the year?
