Good morning beautiful souls! Wherever you are in the world, I hope that you are able to live in sync with nature and reset your path Spending time outside is good for our souls- we raise our vibration, earth and slow down a frantic heart rate. Very important for the stress heads like myself!! Easy ways to spend time outdoors healing; do some gardening cuddle animals barefoot yoga on grass or sand meditate under the sun/sky/stars/moon journal whilst breathing in the breeze find a bush walk and go hiking draw a mandala whilst laying on the earth get the suns rays on your skin for 15-20 mins to aid vitamin D investigate sol water eat your meals outside feed birds weed the garden/path/patio Seriously these techniques play a huge part in calming my fight or flight response down, as I am genetically unable to make enough GABA so I struggle to stay calm in times of joy, excitement, tension and strain- it all stresses me out. Stress is not healthy for us long term. Sure, if theres a potential rapist coming at me I want that fight or flight response, but living with those stress hormones pumping through my veins 24/7 is wreaking havoc on my bod- hence such mindfulness and attention to calming and resetting my mind/body/soul Sending love, summah x
