Good morning friends and crazy cousins, Life is an Echo. What you send out comes back. What you sow you reap. What you give you get. What you see in others, exists in you. Zig Ziglar Thanks to Johnny Reed from CR Music Exchange for allowing the police department to participate in distributing glow sticks to the children on Monday. Thanks to officers Rob Gardin and Jason Martin for helping out. There will be a candle light vigil at 6pm tomorrow (December 28th) at the Huron City Building. The event is being organized by Bill Scott, a former teacher in the district, in support of first responders and bringing the community together. Guest speakers include Chief Bob Lippert, Huron Football Head Coach Tony Legando, and Pastor John Adams. This event is open to the public for support for first responders, police, fire, and EMS. On January 1st, New Years Day, there will be a similar event held at the Police Memorial on the north lawn of the Erie County Courthouse. This event is 5pm and will include prayers from Pastor John Adams. Chief Ken Klamar, Perkins PD and I will be making some brief comments. We are going to start the New Years on a positive note. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this event as well. Our thoughts are with the NYPD today as they honor officer Ramos today. Stay safe and make a difference today....Chief Orzech
