Good morning. just thought I would post an update since it has been a while. After Dans stem cell transplant he started to feel a little better and as I said, he was able to walk in a walker with the help of some leg braces and a physical therapist. He is still able to do this task but it is becoming more difficult every day. Dan does feel like he is starting to go downhill again. His hands and feet are very cold and weak and the numbness is returning to them. He has had 3 sessions of plasmapherisis at UCirvine and will have 1 more on friday, then they will take the catheter out of his chest. If he continues to decline the doctors are going to try IVIG again, hopefully it will do some good this time. prayers are much appreciated. I feel that praying is the way to go. God can perform miracles, we believe that. Hopefully he will give Dan another chance at life.
