Good morning my friends and family and Happy Thanksgiving! I am thankful that God chose me to be the momma of Paul and Brian Kirhagis. I am thankful that he gave me everything I would need to raise two amazing men. I am thankful that the three of us are healthy and that the bond we share goes far beyond any force on earth. I am thankful we have angels in heaven (Mommy and Wendy) who have proven time and time again that they are watching over us. I am thankful to live in a country where I can express what I feel freely. I am thankful for the soldiers who have made sacrifices so that I can have this freedom, especially my Poppa. I am thankful that I have a beautiful home that affords me the opportunity to give shelter to all of these rescued critters I live with. That I am surrounded by red, that I have the perfect kitchen where I am going to go cook ouzo cake, German chocolate cake, Greek lemon pepper roasted potatoes and corn pudding...my contribution to Thanksgiving dinner. I am thankful that I am going to share this holiday with good friends that I love very very much. I am thankful that I have this book of faces that I can share my gratitude with this morning.
