Good news! In order to save you time, I have summed up your Facebook Newsfeed for the day. It consists of: A list of gifs detailing how you knew you grew up in the 90s. A post informing you that you have done a specific everyday task wrong your whole life. Somebody informing you that everyone in the world is stupid. An image macro of Will Ferrell and/or Zach Galifianakis with some cynical text over the top despite the fact that neither actor ever said anything of the sort. A friend has checked in at a place youve never heard of. A picture of a child star from your youth, captioned with some variation of dont you feel old? A few people giving a weather update, most likely with a feeling - prefix. Someone got a tattoo. It looks okay but youd never want it. A relatively funny post from a page you dont remember Liking. An image of a sunset telling you to just be yourself with far too many Likes attached. A list of 10 things only someone who does something will understand. Somebody hit the gym or did yoga and wants you to know how great they feel right now. There is a complaint about Photoshop ruining womens self image again. A scenic photo (possible selfie) of someones wonderful day, most likely a shameless attempt at making your life look inferior. A cat video youve already seen. A post designed to induce guilt, concluding with lets see how many people will share this. Someones band is having a gig, and they’d love you to come. A close-up of somebodys baby but you can’t tell whose it is unless you pause scrolling because all babies look the same. A well chosen thumbnail with an exciting strap-line, ending with you wont believe what happens next! Someone publicly talking down to someone else without mentioning their name. So-and-so has changed their profile picture, looking much hotter than they do in real life. And a person has copied and pasted a joke from Sickipedia and/or Reddit. Great! Now get back to work.
