Good night -Good Food Eaters-, remember to sleep in time to get at least a full 8 hour rest and try to stay away from eating just before going to sleep. This is because when youre asleep your body works to throw off toxins through sweat and respiration, so putting the food in there too, gives you too many calories to burn, which means all the calories that will remain unburned will be stored in your body as fat, ultimately you will gain weight instead of cleaning your house (body). :)
