Good session this morning starting with all dogs doing a 50 ish yard memory to warm up. Into a field we havent used yet as the hay crop has just been taken off. Good for getting the dogs to do long marks off the launcher. That really tests steadiness and a couple just couldnt resist, lol. Also Sam had instructions NOT to hit the leccy wires that run over the top of that field between pylons! The winding up (launcher) was followed by winding down with steadiness exercises. Then everyone completed a version of yesterdays memory test. 70 yard ish memory each on the walk back and water to finish but this time sending dogs in from distance when they could only hear the dummy splash not see it. Really pleased with all these dogs again, as are their handlers I think. Coffee and shortbread to conclude whilst fighting off the blessed horse flies!
