Good thing I got my run in this morning. On set soreness and long hours traveling plus waking up after 4.5 hours of sleep to make that run I crashed. I was talking to a friend and dozed off as soon as I hung up. It was very hard driving home from work. I tend to drive slow without realizing it like 50 mph. Sometimes I look down and Im going under 45. Summit lag.But I got at least one workout in today.
