Good times today at Open Gym! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and are looking forward to getting back in the box this week. It seems like everyone has been enjoying the efficiency tips from last week so I want to know what movements or lifts you guys would like to go over this week. Post a comment and I will do my best to cover as many as possible. MAAC Teams- I would like for everyone to write their teams down for me at the box so I know who all is doing what. Rx or scaled. I am also looking for some guys who might be interested in joining a team with Reese and Shannon. Let me or them know if you are interested in competing. Registration begins on Feb. 14th. Strength: Shoulder Press 8-8-6-6-4-4 WOD Winter Warmer WOD #2 AMRAP in 8 minutes of: 30 DU 20 HR Burpee Plate Jump Overs 10 KB Snatches (53/35) (each arm) (All 10 on the right arm and then all 10 on the left arm) Sometime throughout the class tomorrow I want everyone to do 2 sets of GHD Sit-ups. Shoot for 20+ reps each set. You can do it before or after the WOD.
