Good video. I cannot approve every detail presented here because I did not research it to the point, but a lot of what this guy says makes a complete sense. I remember Dr Lustig saying that he eats egg and bacon for breakfast pretty much every day, without bread, he added - does he look like promoting a sustainable health to people? I doubt so. And I got banned from his Facebook group when demanding him to acknowledge this. Never mind. Back to this guy. Listen and get inspired. You do not have to push it to the extremes, but cutting down on meat in favor for more naturally grown plant foods is worth your consideration. I have done that, too.
