Goodmorning Saturday Smoothie!! My verdict?? It tastes as good as it looks guys. I chose the coconut flavour and it tastes awesome!! Natural with no hidden surprises. If you want to get technical and ask for the nutritional information etc then by all means ask away Im not here to count calories in vs calories out stuff lol Im just on my own mission for the next 6 weeks and sharing with you all the highs and lows but mainly highs of the journey..Im no expert or qualified nutritionist I am just a normal bloke who likes a bit of torture. ...no wait thats Mark Chopper Read lolol Im just sharing with you all my journey and if it helps anyone out there in any way, shape or form then thats gotta be a good thing. Im not saying you should be eating this and you should be doing that...at the end of the day you are your own person. You have the final decision..hmmmkaayy?? Lol!!!!! Have a mean weekend!! Few Santa Parades on today guys so chuck some kai in a basket, fill up those water bottles, slip slop slap n wrap those kiddies up, make sure theyve been wharepaku (toilet) BEFORE you find your spot on the street and enjoy your day.
