Goodnight fbf....Left work at 10:30 this morning with a migraine headache...just woke up...I think I need a 3rd shift job cus I just dont sleep at nite & no1 can seem to tell me why...But I gained so much weight working 2nd shift. ...then I sleep soooo gud during the day...Lord help me cus sometimes I just feel like Im losing my mind from lack of sleep. ...& Yes I am going thru menopause @ the very young age of 45....& fatigue is a symptom but I havent been able to sleep well in ova 10yrs....Pray for me family & Always God bless muah~!!!
