Got back about an hour ago from the Auburndale Sports Complex where we watched Husson, Maine play Albion, Michigan. It was the 2nd of two games Husson played today with different teams. Sort of like spring training. Husson won the 2nd game 6 to 5. It was a great game and we joined up with Mary, Jimmy and Lauren Merrill and Drew Wilson to watch sisters Lyndsey & Kayla Merrill play for Husson. Kayla pitched the whole game and made several of her own outs from the pitchers mound along with striking out several of the Albion players. Lyndsey had a great day at shortstop and besides making several outs made the last out. Both girls had great bats today. It was alot of fun to watch them play and be with friends from back home. We really enjoyed the day. Would love to go back again tomorrow but we are playing golf at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa with friend. The girls will be playing doubleheaders everyday except Tuesday and will head back home on Saturday. Great sportscomplex where they played. There is a building in the middle and five fields surrounding the building. Nice place.
