Got to love handstand push ups! Who doesnt love to be up side down?!?! Get comfortable kicking up to the wall with strong locked out arms. Once you are comfortable start to introduce a small arm bend, dont worry about getting super low. Just do what you can. Pile up pillows, mats and such to cushion your head. As you get stronger remove a layer of padding and get your head closer to the floor. Work the strict movement to full range of lotion before introducing the kip (tucking knees in and exploding up). Get strong in the strict movement, then go for speed!
