Great day with clients all doing well with some nasty training sessions , just finished the first lighter high volume leg session of the week out of two, post workout shake included gentics isolate protein and pepto pro casein hydrolysate and 10g of creatine and tdt recovery spray. One hour later post workout meal consists 80g of spinach , 150 organic carrots, 30g blackberries , 100g of carbs worth of jasmine Thai rice which is about 130g of raw rice, 70g of mushrooms and 180g horse mince yes horse mince first time Ive tried if and it was tasty has a decent amount of omega 3s in too tastes like beef to trying to add more variation into my protein sources , later on before bed again 80g of spinach , 125g of broccoli , 125g of salmon fillet and 200g of sweet potato ,genetics zma , Poliquin zinc and magnesium also, 1000mg of vitamin c , probiotic , and another does of recovery spray. its medium carb for me I tend to carb backload my carbs eating only fats and protein before working out then carbs pwo and before bed. Carbs before bed helps released serotonin which naturally winds down the body to help with sleep and carbs before bed can help with fat loss dont be fooled into the old house wives tail of carbs before bed makes you fat . You should never starve while dieting unless your going for very low body fats sub 8% IMO eat well get lean look mean
