Great to see so many Coundon Bootcampers in action tonight, well done everybody. Lee took the Reds and Ambers outdoors and said it was a great session and he really enjoyed taking it, especially when you all had a go at The Finisher at the end. It was a close call but the guy with the knee support was Trainer of the Session (sorry, were not sure of your name) ! The Greens and Fast Ambers also worked very hard tonight. Pete said you all gave it everything youve got tonight, whether you were in a team, pair, or working on your own. Mags and Shannon won joint Trainer of the Session for the sheer grit and determination they gave to every part of the session - they were even smiling at the end :-) See you all again on Thursday everyone :-)
