Greetings Yoga Family! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and are ready for a fun week of yoga! We will be back at our beautiful town studio space for Thursdays class this week again! So come join in yoga class this week and start feeling the amazing changes and effects of this special practice The schedule is: Wednesday 5:30-6:45pm at the Sunrise Residence -Coming toward Frigate Bay take the 1st Right after Illusions (sugars complex), then take your first left and 1st right. Go up the hill and take your third left (right after white and pink home) and it is the 1st house on the right (white with blue rough)! Park inside or along the road (let me know if you would prefer to park at Illusions and catch a ride up!) Thursday 5:30-6:45pm at Brisbane Productions Studio: Coming from Frigate Bay on Cayon Street (the main street going through town), pass the Police Station and keep heading west toward the Cable Company. Take the left just after the Cable onto Church Street, then go strait down Church Street toward the Government Headquarters taking your second left onto Princes Street. Once you have turned onto Princes Street it will be the second building on the right (orange with green doors), the first green door on the building that will be open and say Brisbane Productions. The parking lot is just across the way next to Blue Water Safaris office on the left. It has a gate that will be open and a big mango tree in the center.
