Group HR Manager (JHB) Job objective •Maintain and enhance the company’s Botswana’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices; and develop, recommend and administer approved human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective use of human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives. Responsibilities •Organisational Change •Employee Relations and Industrial Relations •Performance Management •HRIS and reporting •Recruitment and Selection •Remuneration and compensation •BBBEE & Employment Equity •Training •Talent Management/Succession Planning Must have requirements include: •Bachelors Degree relating to People Management and/or Human Resources – honours preferable •5- 10 years work experience in a management role •Must be prepared to travel frequently within Africa •Business Acumen and Financial Knowledge •Professionalism •Stress management •Knowledge of SA Labour legislation in terms of all Employee Relations matters as well as of the broader BCEA, LRA, EE and Skills Development Act context; •Communication skills and attention to detail is critical.
