Group Input Requested: I need some encouragement. My temporary custody order is 50/50 and it is horrific. I woke up this morning to an email from the Ns lawyer to my lawyer with medical records for our childs 18 month check up. I had an appointment scheduled to take her 9/2. He drove an HOUR out of town to take her to a different location that apparently became available Friday (same practice). He NEVER once took her to the doctor before we separated. When he took her to the 15 month visit, he vaccinated her and refused to tell me what she got, even though she had a nasty reaction. I had to wait for them to mail me records. We have court in a few weeks. I feel like my attorney doesnt understand you cant coparent with an N. She keeps telling me 50/50 is the way its going to be and I need to deal with it. There is documented abuse (of me). Seeing that email made me cry. There hasnt been a moment of peace for us since we left and now hes taking her important milestones away from me. What can I do??
