Group input needed- I had a reunification session today. The therapist met with the N and each one of my children that are refusing to spend time with me, in hopes of changing their minds. It was not successful, but she tells me that there are no signs that he is not supportive of this happening and worked hard to make them feel different in the session. She says that she cannot speak for what may have happened before she started seeing us, but it is not happening now. I asked he what I was supposed to do then, and she said I needed to change my attitude where the N is concerned and we need to form a united co-parenting relationship and the kids will see/ sense this and it will help. She told me she is worried that when the court looks at things, the N and his attorney are going to spin things as me being the bitter ex wife, who cant let go of her anger and wants to do nothing but blame the N for everything. The last year of my life has been a living hell thanks to him...but I am supposed to just smile and waive? How is that even humanly possible?
