Group input needed: I filed for full custody and placement. We were last in court in 2012. My son was assigned a law guardian then. The judge just assigned the same person this round. I was not happy with the law guardian before, as she disregarded a three page recommendation from a child psychologist, who has been seeing my son, that placement be with me due to the Ns personality disorder. The law guardian was charmed by the N herself, Im sure, as well as stating that my son wants to be with N (as my son was coached/groomed and bought material things into wanting to be there - our daughter, now 20, has not spoken to me in 2yeas due to Ns coaching/grooming). He was 10 years old at the time, 2012. I understand they are the childs attorney, but letting a 10 year old make that decision seems ridiculous to me. How do I ensure that the law guardian, as well as the judge, does NOT make a decision based on what my son wants, but whats in the best interest of his well-being?
