Grumpy old man syndrome has crept in today!! Everything is peeing me off! The word big is now used instead of fat! Those who have an injury blame that for their inactivity hence the weight gain! When its often being overweight thats caused the knee, hip or back problems they have! Inactivity doesnt help, but you can control what you eat when waiting to resume training again! Delusion is everywhere Im surrounded by its negativity! Time to choose realistic goals instead of meandering through your life aimlessly! Then theres our pussycat politicians trying to please the politically correct! Elitists exploiting the masses! Politicians get a 10% pay rise! Our nurses 1%! They Are public servants and earn fortunes from their spin offs! I could go on! Maybe by 1pm I may have got rid of my grumpy gremlins! Im far too young for them!
