Guess I will make my famous oven baked bbq chicken this evening. maane! I have used so many dishes and cooked in more times this last two weeks than probably the last six months. smh Thats what happens when I agreed to do a no eating out 1/wk challenge with my friend. I didnt think it was going to be THIS HARD! .lol. on the other hand. it has challenged me to make time and focus on good eats like I used to before. I get to gather more experience and troubles I can relate to our clients with :)
