Guess where we are? Oh so close and yet so far. Anyone pining for a Vietnamese adventure would be doing themselves a favour popping out to Cabramatta for the day. Its such a wonderful cultural experience. The girls helped with Mens shed class today (charming the socks of the boys and visa versa of course) As a special treat we went to Cabramatta afterwards. We had to queue at The Noodle House in John St, so assumed it must be good. It was. We bought all the fab herbs saw tooth coriander, purple shiso, Thai basil, river weed as well as BBQ Pork tongue....Ill keep you posted. We passed on some of the other offal although our spicy beef soup def contained some good sections of intestines. Fab day. Big smiles. Life is good.
