Guys ask all the time am I worried about flying over water. My answer is always, the risk is worth the reward. I have been a DJI owner for 18 months. I lost my first one in a FLY AWAY. I have 2 P2s, i fly over water every day. I believe MOST of the flyaways I see reported here on the site are a result of flyer error or inexperience. I know mine was. The reports of the Phantom dropping out of the sky unexpectedly. seem to be a result of battery failure. Be aware of your battery uses. I find that around 25 uses, the P2 batteries begin to show signs of failure. Have a GREAT day today !
