Guys in short, everyone needs to stop climbing shit. We can get footage on roofs from various places that we already have consent from. Keep on the down low about climbing and make sure if youre climbing for media purposes message me and ill send you some locations of rooftops you can legally use to take photos and stuff. This message was send from the Christchurch Police to Ventus. Gentlemen, I am sure by now you have heard from young Josh and if not you will do so soon. Short version of this is that he has been warned for his behaviour in red zone buildings in town. I am fully aware he was not there alone but I will not push the subject further provided I have some assurance from you both you will advise your club members to contain themselves (including Josh) to more legal locations. Police monitor social media on a regular basis and receive a huge amount of information from the public which includes regular videos of people doing things they shouldn’t be. If I get any more correspondence involving Josh or activity I suspect is Josh then I will have to deal with it at a level most likely above a warning. Personally I hope you take the meaning out of this message and I don’t need to contact anyone any further.
