Our staff and volunteers will teach you how to play the hottest collectible card games (e.g. Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, Kaijudo, Legend of the Five Rings) and competitive miniatures games for FREE, and youll likely walk away with a FREE DEMO DECK or two. Monday is also one of our Role-playing nights, where we take reservations for tables if youd like to have your game at the store. *NEW* Star Wars X-Wing League with organized play prizes at 7pm. This week were inviting everyone to play for free to see the interest level in making this a weekly event. :: TUESDAY :: $5 HeroClix Escalation League (Week 7) at 7pm. Play any seven (7) single or peanut-based figs that are 300pts or less. No feats, resources, relics, or special objects are permitted in your build. You are limited to five actions per turn. Warhammer 40K, Fantasy, and Warmachine/Hordes open play! :: WEDNESDAY :: $5 Magic Standard event with prizes at 7pm. 100% of entries paid as store credit. The goal is to start up a league. New and experienced Pathfinder RPG players are invited to join our weekly Pathfinder Society adventures organized by Shane Walden. Play begins at 5pm. All are welcome! Theyve been kind enough to bring extra boards/stones, and were ordering some ourselves. :: FRIDAY :: Presenting the ALL NEW Friday Night Magic at Game Goblins featuring the states only $1,000 Store Invitational! Qualifying is easy: Just play in our Friday Night Magic events and earn points! We have a TON of foil promos to give away from our EPIC prize pile! Starting at 11am well have signup sheets for $15 8-person 3-round Swiss drafts with an EPIC 7-5-2-2 payout, firing off as they fill. These will run all night. At 7pm well start a $6 4-round Standard Swiss event with two packs per player added to the prize pool. Payout for this event is based on your record: 6 packs for 4-0 5 packs for 3-0-1 4 packs for 3-1 3 packs for 2-1-1 2 packs for 2-2 $5 HeroClix Constructed at 7pm. This is a 1200pt Golden Age event. Teams must consist of one (1) fig that is 350pts or less. The rest of your team may only consist of figs that are 150pts or less. No team bases are permitted. :: SATURDAY :: Join us this Saturday, October 19th at 1pm for our Theros Game Day event. This is a $10 Standard Constructed event. Each participant receives a full art Phalanx Leader promo card. Top 8 players will each get a Nighthowler full-art foil promo card, and the winner will receive a special Theros Game Day Champion play mat. All entry fees will be paid out as store credit. Bring the Hero Cards youve earned at Theros Prerelease and Launch Weekend to help you defeat the Face the Hydra Challenge Deck at Theros Game Day. This special deck is a special activity that you can challenge beginning with Game Day, between rounds or at your convenience. Its not a part of the tournament, but youll want to defeat the Hydra to earn the third Hero Card on the Heros Path. Participation in the Face the Hydra challenge is free, and well have extra Face the Hydra challenge decks available for sale to anyone interested in picking up one for themselves.
