HAPPY MONDAY! Hope Yall are trying to get in a few workouts a week during this holiday! Week 5 of the challenge starts to today, almost half way there. We are going to do this weeks workout a bit different. Perform each excersice for 30 seconds before moving on to the next one. After perform 30 seconds of each excersice take a 30 - 60 second break. depending on how much you need. Aim for 8-12 rounds The first excersice Is a Sprinter sit up, lay down completely flat on the floor and bring your left elbow to your right knee vice versa, next excersice is a open and close squat stay low the entire time and just open and close your legs in the same position. The last excersice is around the world push up Start in a regular Push up position then after each push up move your hand to the left then peform another push up then to the right. This excersice can be modified by doing it the pushups on your knees.
