HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE!!!! Service Delivery cant be shelved for fear of the oppressive regime, the real enemy is ignorance of peoples civil rights which the regime capitalises on. Nobody has called for regime change, people demand basic services to be availed, ie, clean water, electricity, no portholes, no sewers in the streets & garbage collected frequently, none of that is political. Its either the services are availed or people withdraw payment of rates & declare all towns disaster zones. Silencing people will have disasterous consequences for the regime as people have every right to ask the oppressor why a simple request is silenced by force. The constitution adopted in 2013 permits freedom of association & assembly, whats unconstitutional is POSA which extends Rhodesia into independent Zimbabwe, from a white oppressor to a black oppressor
