Am equally aghast to see the law enforcement agencies not taking appropriate actions upon these criminals even after the eye-opening ASS-HARAM case . And today the sane-minded Indians like u all my friends are legitimately in righteous anger - all of us . This is the most shocking apartheid mindset this lumpen rascal called Ramdev has uttered . AND YES HE NEEDS TO BE KICKED ON HIS ASS EN ROUTE TO THE DUNGEONS FOR LIFE u/s 3(1) X, of the said ACT . HE WAS SPEAKING TO THE CHANNEL, FOR THE WORLD TO BE ITS WITNESS , AND THE TAPES ARE BEING REPEATEDLY SHOWN . SO THE ENTIRE WORLD STANDS AS WITNESS . Ramdev is guilty more so because he is himself neither SC nor ST who form the major population under the PLURAL OMNIBUS nomenclature DALIT . Not being a member and yet uttering humiliating words fixes Ramdev into this offence . God knows what the RSS men do with this kind of piratorial predatory mesogenic mindset in their numerous VANAVASI kalyan organisations in the tribal areas . Now the question is where from and how RAMDEV GOT THIS KIND OF PERVERTED IDEA . FROM HIS RSS FRIENDS IN THE VANAVASI MISSIONS ???? OR FROM HIS OWN ASS-HARAM - LIKE PERSONAL DALLIANCES WITH POOR DALIT GIRLS , WHICH WHO KNOWS MAY COME TO LIGHT TOMORROW . Coming back to his culpability , see , as he spoke SPECIFIC as DALIT , AND USED THE HUMILIATING INSINUATION of NIGHTLY HONEYMOON - AND HE ALWAYS HAS HAD THE KNOWLEDGE THAT HE WAS SPEAKING OF THE DALITS BY ADDRESSING THAT WORD REPEATEDLY , HE HAS COMMITTED THE CRIME ATTRACTING SECTION 3(1) (X) OF THE SAID ACT , BEYOND ANY IOTA OF REASONABLE DOUBT . The use of expression- intentional insult - with intention to humiliate in full self-knowledge of whos who , conjure up to make it abundantly clear that the mens rea - the essential ingredient of the offence is existent as accused RAMDEV HAD ALWAYS HAD THE KNOWLEDGE AND THEREFORE IS LIABLE u/s 3 (1) (X) . rest lies with the complaint being made and the police making the investigation or the court/ SC/ST COMMISSION taking suo motto cognisance of it
