We are currently looking for a highly qualified/ experienced professional, preferably female for the given below position: HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION Masters Degree preferably in Business Administration / Public Administration with majors in HRM (or equivalent) from a recognized Institute. This position requires a minimum 10 years well rounded experience in different Human Resource functions preferably in a commercial Bank and will report directly to the President. Major responsibilities are as follows: - Develop HR processes, manual, policies and procedures, whenever necessary. - Plan, develop and implement strategies for HR operations and ensure effectiveness of HR operations to provide prompt service to internal customers i.e. all employees. - Establish and maintain appropriate systems for performance management to ensure reward & recognition Bank wide strategy. - Ensure extension of optimum HR support for business operations and initiatives through liaison with line managers in the field and Divisional Heads at Head Office. - Advise the CEO/Divisional/Regional Heads and Branch managers on best HR Policies and Practices to ensure continuous improvement and updating.
