HEALTHY MILKSHAKE: Plain protein rich soya milk may be boring, but your kids just can’t resist it when blended with vitamin a rich mango pulp. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups chilled unflavoured soya milk 1 cup chilled mango pulp 1 1/2 tbsp sugar Method: Combine all the ingredients together in a mixer and blend till smooth. Refrigerate to chill. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with chopped mangoes.
