HELPFUL HINTS: 1) When a landlord places an ad for a space they have available, understand that you are not interviewing them... they are interviewing you. 2) The criteria for the acquisition of a newly rented space is not simply, having the money. 3) The termination of a landlord tenant relationship does not have to come by way of eviction. 4) It is probably NOT a good idea to tell a potential landlord that you need the place because you have been kicked out of your previous residence. ...and RULE NUMBER 5--When the subject of you paying a security deposit comes up, DO NOT tell them that you have to wait for your girlfriends income tax check to come in next week. #badidea ...that is all.
