HIV harm Reduction Prgm becomes old fashion and a way of earning for some ppls who pretend to be a social worker. OST, IDU , MSM n FSW prgm do not reduce the risk behavior of the client who were already enrolled bcoz they have to remain in the same behaviour till the project ends, splly OST makes a client unhealthy risk addicted life to the OST drug even the Pjt ends....change the Harm reduction prgm with short period , CMIS, and strong involvement of local bodies as a part of effective advocacies prgm.
