HOPE THIS HELP SOMEONE I watch these young kids get on the job with MTA drive those nice fancy cars, start making six figures salary and lose it all Jeff came back to the depot crying like a little baby after the Judge ordered him to pay child support for 2 Kids that is not his Heres how the story story goes, Public assistance ask the Mother would you like us to locate the father and order to receive child support, it was not hard to locate a city worker, when Jeff arrived at the family court, the Judge said just because the child has your first and last name does not mean you are the father, would you like a DNA ordered by the courts, Jeff said yes, he had 2 weeks to wait for the results and also to appear back in court When Jeff appeared back in court today, the Judge open the envelope with the results, he was 0% not the father, he was so excited and happy, the Judge said to him how long was you supporting this baby, he said over 8 months and her sibling who is 4 years old , not knowing he is giving to much information to the courts, the Judge then ask what was the age of the older sibling when you started supporting her, Jeff said she was 3 months, I was taking care of her child and the baby I thought was mind and he started crying, The Judge then said to Jeff even though you are not the father of neither one of these children under New York State Law, you are still responsible to take care of these children until the age of 21, because you have been part of there life from infancy and the older sibling from 3 months until present, these children know you as there parent and the Judge said the courts see you as the parent, you are ordered to pay 25 % in child support and 4 years in retro, that will be garnish from your payroll check starting immediately, Today Jeff turn in his uniform and quit the job, 22 year old kid, I call him son, he call me pop
