HOUGH & CHORLTON PLANNING APPEALS (14/1252N)/(14/3966N) There are currently TWO planning applications in Hough that were refused by CE Planning Department but which are being investigated by the Planning Inspectorate following Appeals against the decision to Refuse. Residents have asked me how they can respond to these HOWEVER only those who responded during the original planning process are eligible to submit material to the inspectorate BUT All material that you originally submitted will be forwarded to the Inspector and will be considered by him/her as part of the process. Both the Parish Council and myself will be responding to up-date information where appropriate related to the original reasons for refusal. Please note it is not permissible to introduce reasons for refusal that were not considered as part of the original application process.
