HOW BOUT DAT 80lb SELECT HORNET TEAM!!!! What a game, what a game! Thats a very special group of kids there. To trail by a touchdown at halftime and fight back to get a 27-20 win in an OT that they absolutely dominated speaks to the teams no quit attitude. It took all they had to get it done today and I dont think any of them had an ounce left in the tank afterwards. They left it all on the field!!! And the Hornet parents absolutely rocked today as well! I believe the cheers of support from the parents gave the kids an extra gear in the second half. Hats off to Coach Stephen Vaught and his staff. They made the necessary adjustments at the half and had the boys playing out of their minds!!! The kids cashed in today on those end of practice sprints theyve been running all season. The second half and overtime was all Hornets!!! On to the championship!!!!
