HR MANAGER (Seksyen 16, Shah Alam) Responsibilities: Assist HR Dept. Head in planning for Strategic Activities in Human Resource Dept. in accordance with company business requirement and resource needs. Assist HR Dept. Head in implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Policy and related activities. Overseeing Welfare & Benefit Scheme of the company and initiate improvement / revision whenever necessary. Responsible for Talent Management activities including Employee Training Program, Career Planning and Competency Management. Responsible for Industrial Relation activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices. Assist HR Dept. Head in company events management, liaising with internal committees and external corporate / government bodies. Responsible for flexible workforce management (Foreign Worker, Contract Workers), liaising with service providers and related authorities. Others as assign by Head of HR Dept. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Preferably Asst. Manager or Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Human Resources Dept. Must be able to do multi tasking in HR process including Welfare & Benefit, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, Foreign Worker Management etc. Strong knowledge & experience in Malaysian Labour Law, IR / Employment Act and other related legislation. Willing to travel domestic & overseas location. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
