HR Support Agent Givaudan - Budapest ,Hungary Main responsibilities: Provide first level support on all HR processes to HR and Business globally - Interact with internal customers via phone or email - Register cases in case management system - Resolve cases where covered by existing knowledge base - Route cases to other service teams as needed Contribute to knowledge base build-up - Propose changes to existing knowledge base - Highlight gaps in the knowledge base - Seek clarifications from HR COE organization Provide back-office support to HR and COE organization - Support COE and HR organization on administrative requests along the annual HR process - Support talent acquisition / talent sourcing initiatives (LinkedIn) - Support training administration and LMS maintenance Required Experience and Competencies: - Prior experience in HR shared service environment, preferably with full-cycle HR processes - Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors a plus - Highly Customer oriented - Solid technical background and PC Skills - Excellent communication skills - Solution-oriented - Languages: English, any other language is a plus
