RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a highly talented and organised HSE Analyst to join our team, reporting into the Facilities Operations Manager. The HSE Analyst will oversee the following duties for the whole of our property portfolio: Develop company wide health and safety procedures, implementing best practice and policies throughout and corresponding to Abu Dhabi municipality health and safety guidelines as well as Civil Defense where relevant. Be responsible for carrying out HSE inspections as well as recording and implement reactive and preventive action regarding health and safety. Manage integrated pest management facilities and processes including baiting, pest fumigation, trapping, inspections and associated follow up work and the ensuring the eradication of any pest related issues. This will be in compliance with all municipal and governmental policies with strict adherence to SOPs. Develop and outline waste management policies with the relevant local authorities Complete hazard assessments through all branches of the company and participate in teaching and mentoring on potential hazards in the workplace to ensure a hazard free working environment.
