We also house our own datacentres for all of our banking operations, and run other commercial facilities in line with our core operations throughout Abu Dhabi. RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a highly talented and organised HSE Analyst to join our team, reporting into the Facilities Operations Manager. The HSE Analyst will oversee the following duties for the whole of our property portfolio: Develop company wide health and safety procedures, implementing best practice and policies throughout and corresponding to Abu Dhabi municipality health and safety guidelines as well as Civil Defense where relevant. Be responsible for carrying out HSE inspections as well as recording and implement reactive and preventive action regarding health and safety. Manage integrated pest management facilities and processes including baiting, pest fumigation, trapping, inspections and associated follow up work and the ensuring the eradication of any pest related issues. This will be in compliance with all municipal and governmental policies with strict adherence to SOPs. Develop and outline waste management policies with the relevant local authorities Complete hazard assessments through all branches of the company and participate in teaching and mentoring on potential hazards in the workplace to ensure a hazard free working environment. Plan and conduct periodic safety checks to ensure operational and personal safety in all properties Budget and plan resources and schedules of work Experience and education: BSc Public Health/related discipline is ideal Must be certified NEBOSH, IOSH desirable 5+ years of experience in Health and Safety Management Background in hospitality and high volume is desirable Experience within a HSE governing body within the region is desirable Extended experience in Public safety, food hygiene, pest control, infection disease /outbreak prevention and water safety is essential PACKAGE: Generous remuneration package – AED25-30k/m package + family medical insurance, family annual flight tickets (once a year), education allowance (if applicable) Like · · 14 minutes ago · Raja Tamilselvan careerstructure/JobSearch/JobDetails.aspx?JobId=57375210&Keywords=hse
