Had a customer upset about being carded for his beer (were required by our corporate level). He wanted to see the cashiers ID because he didnt believe she was old enough to sell it to him (she is). I told him I would not show him her ID. He got verbally abusive, and I ordered him out of the store. I got his license number and am in process of getting him trespassed from my store. He contacted the website and made a formal complaint against. I was rude. I know what he called me because I routinely argue with tea partiers and white supremacists here on FB, but he failed to mention that. Manager has to make contact with him, but doesnt expect there will be any problem for me. The funny thing was, throughout the whole event, I wasnt upset. No adrenaline rush. No anger. He had no effect on me, but Im guessing he wont feel the same when hes trespassed, and he finds out he has to show his ID pretty much anywhere he goes.
